BodyBar - 45 minute sessions
Body Bar is an all over body toning class with the use of a weights bar. Also known as Body Pump but Ladybird Fitness classes are more women friendly by offering a number of different weight bars. The BodyBar class can burn around 300Kcal per session.
Step, Legs, Tums and Bums - 45 minute sessions
Step, Legs, Tums and Bums is a low impact step class with an extra touch of toning those stubborn areas that we all hate. A great and fun, easy to follow routine and a great all over body workout.
Absolute Beginners - 30 minute sessions
Absolute beginners is a great workout for those who are new to fitness classes and exercise. With a very easy to follow routine and friendly and helpful Ladybird Fitness Club instructors to guide you through this 30 minute session consisting of 15 minutes Aerobics and 15 minutes Step.

Begin to Step is a beginners guide to step which is an easy and basic aerobics session for all those new to step aerobics. Low impact, brilliant workout for all you beginners.
Group Cycling with Belly Buster - 30 minute sessions

Circuit Training - 30 minute sessions
Ladybird Fitness Circuit Training sessions are a great and fun workout - NOT ARMY STYLE ! No co-ordination needed - Jut a fun session with great fat burning potential. Includes 1 minute on each station and is suitable for all fitness levels. A series of fat burning and toning stations - perfect for women !

Group Cycling - 30 minute sessions
This session is also know as spinning. Group Cycling is a simulated bike ride on a stationary bike where you work at your own level. You are in charge of the resistance and speed of the bike. No Matter what the weathers like, you will be able to join this bike ride and have fun at the same time.
Aeromix - 45 minute session
This is a complete workout and includes 15 minutes of normal aerobics, 15 minutes of Step Aerobics and 15 minutes of body toning workout. 45 minutes aeromix session for the all over body toning experience !
