Zumba - 45min session
Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like Zumba Fitness. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

BodyBar - 30 minute sessions
Body Bar is an all over body toning class with the use of a weights bar. Also known as Body Pump but Ladybird Fitness classes are more women friendly by offering a number of different weight bars. This class is ideal for beginners who are new to body bar and want a class that is over and done with before you know it.

Step, Legs, Tums and Bums - 45 minute sessions
Step, Legs, Tums and Bums is a low impact step class with an extra touch of toning those stubborn areas that we all hate. A great and fun, easy to follow routine and a great all over body workout.

Absolute Beginners - 30 minute sessions
A taster class of a bit of everything including Aerobics, boxercise, step, body bar and toning. All set at a beginners level for those who are new to exercise.

Group Cycling exercise in WiganStep & Tone - 30 minute sessions
Step & Tone is a low impact step class with an extra touch of toning to those stubborn areas that we all hate. A great and fun, easy to follow routine and a great all over body workout. The class is split up with 20mins Step and 10mins Toning.

Group Cycling with Belly Buster - 30 minute sessions
Group Cycling with Belly Buster is a great workout with a combination of high and low bursts of intensity with a 20mins cycling and 10min ABS workout, over and done with before you know it !

Boxercise - 45 minute sessions
If you want to sweat then this non-contact class is for you ! Boxercise is an easy to follow routine with Hi Fat Burner proving a great session for weight loss.

Ladybird Fitness Club Body Conditioning class is an all over body toning class that touches all those major muscles that ladies commonly worry about.

Circuit Training - 30 minute sessions
Ladybird Fitness Circuit Training sessions are a great and fun workout - NOT ARMY STYLE ! No co-ordination needed - Jut a fun session with great fat burning potential. Includes 1 minute on each station and is suitable for all fitness levels. A series of fat burning and toning stations - perfect for women!

Legs, Tums and Bums - 45 minutes

Aeromix - 45 minute session
This is a complete workout and includes 15 minutes of normal aerobics, 15 minutes of Step Aerobics and 15 minutes of body toning workout. 45 minutes aeromix session for the all over body toning experience!
